PDC Stander Bits

Steel Series bits offer enhanced resistance to high-impact loading environments. Engineered for configuration flexibility with complex and aggressive bit profiles including shorter make-up-length, thinner and higher blades as well as hydraulic designs for a wide spectrum of applications. Short make-up-length designs provide shorter bit-to-bend distance for greater DSL capability and ease of building angle to complete a curve.

Direction Bits

Directional Series bits are designed to consistently achieve build rates in curves and minimize unnecessary bit trips in lateral applications. Available in steel or matrix construction. Designs incorporate torque fluctuation control elements to improve bit steerability, maintain borehole consistency, resist unintended dropping or building events, and also have the ability to maintain verticality in high dip formations in extended lateral applications.

Rotatory Steerable Bits

Rotary Steerable Series bits are available in steel or matrix construction. Each bit is engineered for a specific "Point the bit" or "Push the bit" rotary steerable system (RSS) or directional objective, while maintaining ease of BHA integration. Features a designed focused on responsive and high-performance cutting structure as well as other optional features that enhance the performance, stability, durability, and directional precision of the bit.

Hypercool Bits

Hypercool Series bits are designed for high performance under extreme thermal loading. They are optimized using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) to provide large fluid cooling capacity at all cutting surfaces, extracting maximum performance from diamond tables and mitigating one of the primary reasons for premature cutter failure. Improved durability and cutter life, high ROP, and enhanced cuttings cleaning efficiency are pushed to the limit in this advanced bit series.
